Respect for customers: our guides are punctual, well prepared and attentive to needs, languages and cultural sensitivities, avoiding personal judgements and ensuring accurate information.
Respect for colleagues: they collaborate fairly, avoiding unfair competition and disparaging criticism.
Respect for heritage: they provide verified and up-to-date content, promoting the protection and awareness of the fragility of Venetian heritage.
Respect for places and people: they behave respectfully towards spaces and those who work or frequent them, avoiding inconvenience and conflict.
Professional commitments
Guides only accept assignments that are compatible with their expertise and carry them out in accordance with the agreements made.
They do not accept requests that conflict with the rules or dignity of the profession.
In the event of a replacement, they inform the client and only use qualified guides.
They do not work for free in contexts that would undermine fair competition.
